課程概述

The focus of this course is the contents and approaches of comparative public administration. The primary objective is to provide a comparative perspective to public administration, and evaluate the pros and cons among different public administration. With the aid of state-of-the-art experience from different countries, promoting our own public administration will be the main concern of this course.

 平時成績：20%

口頭報告：30%

分組報告
1.任選一個國家，就其政治、經濟、社會等選擇行政或政策議題探討。
2.口頭報告請準備powerpoint檔，儘量每位組員皆上台報告。
3.請每位同學秉持「善良人忠實義務」，不要有「搭便車」（free-rider）的心態。
4.組員人數與每組口頭報告時間於第一堂課分組時決定。
